  • blue bullet To file an electronic annual report (AR) online, visit our Annual Report E-Filing Wizard.

  • blue bullet To determine when your annual report is due, visit our Business Database Name Search. Annual reports for corporations, LLCs, LPs, and RLLPs are due on the first day of the anniversary month of formation. For example, if your "initial filing" date is May 15, your annual report is due May 1 of each year. Statutory Trust annual reports are due by January 1st of each year.


  • blue bullet If your annual report fee is greater than $500, you will need to use the Mail-In Annual Report Wizard. You can then print and sign the report, and mail the report to this Office with the appropriate fee.

Welcome to the Wyoming Secretary of State's Business Division. The Division has the responsibility of filing a variety of documents including registration of business entities, issuance of trademarks and trade names, filing of liens under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), filing of notices under the Central Filing of Agricultural Products Act and other statutorily required filings. From this site you can search and access filed information for business entities, lien notices, forms, fees and frequently asked questions. The Secretary of State's Office provides 24-hour access to online filing of annual reports and UCC financing statements.

Business Division Duties

  • Reviewing, processing, registering and maintaining documents regarding the formation of Wyoming entities and the qualification of out-of-state entities to transact business in Wyoming;

  • Reviewing, processing, registering and maintaining documents regarding the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) financing statements and Effective Financing Statements (EFS) filed under the Central Filing of Agricultural Products Act;

  • Responding to inquires relating to business entities of record, liens under the UCC Act and notice filings under the Wyoming Central Filing Act;

  • Providing certificates, copies, and certified copies of business entity and lien documents of record.
