The Wyoming Secretary of State is the registrar of rules for state agencies as provided in W.S. 16-3-101. The rules and regulations contained in this site are electronic copies submitted by state agencies as duplicates of the certified paper copies filed within the Secretary of State's Office. For a per page fee, copies or certified copies of the original filed rules may be obtained by contacting this office. Contact information may be obtained in the "Contact Us" section of this site.


If you are interested in learning which agencies are in the process of promulgating rules, that information can be obtained from our Rules Database. If you are interested in reviewing proposed rules and regulations, you will need to contact the specific agency promulgating rules. If the information you are looking for does not appear in the rules and regulations, call the agency and ask about the agency's policies and procedures.

Rules Database

The public has direct access to the rules database, which provides the ability to search for current, emergency, superseded, and repealed rules as well as notices of intent. This database is updated on a daily basis.
