The Wyoming Secretary of State is the registrar of rules for state agencies as provided in W.S. 16-3-101. The rules and regulations contained in this site are electronic copies submitted by state agencies as duplicates of the certified paper copies filed within the Secretary of State's Office. For a per page fee, copies or certified copies of the original filed rules may be obtained by contacting this office. Contact information may be obtained in the "Contact Us" section of this site.

Rules Database

The public has direct access to the rules database, which provides the ability to search for current, emergency, superseded, and repealed rules as well as notices of intent. This database is updated on a daily basis.
