Certificates of Notarial Acts

The following short form certificates of notarial acts are sufficient for the purposes indicated, if completed with the information required by W.S. 34-26-107(a):


Example 1: For an acknowledgment for all instruments conveying, mortgaging or otherwise disposing of or encumbering real estate, including homestead property, and for all other instruments affecting title to real estate and all other instruments required by the laws of this state to be acknowledged in an individual capacity:
