This program protects against unauthorized uses of the Bucking Horse and Rider trademark. This protection enables Wyoming to preserve its exclusive ownership of this image which is cherished by so many - from residents to tourists to former Wyomingites worldwide. Beyond the day-to-day protection objective, Wyoming Authentic, Wyoming Proud is designed to promote authorized use of the trademark and generate revenues to finance the program.
